Foreshew Strata Agency (formally known as Grants Strata and Pristine Living Management) has been managing the affairs of strata and community title buildings in NSW for more than 25 years.
Re-branded in 2017 to Foreshew Strata Agency after Managing Director Tony Foreshew took over the business, Foreshew Strata Agency has built its reputation based on its experience and expertise in the strata management sector as well as providing a close and personal approach in the management of its clients asset.
Tony Foreshew has been in the strata management industry since 1999. As well as this Tony has a long standing association with strata and community management sector, having lectured at Industry Events as well as being a former board member of Strata Community Australia as well as serving on the Ethics Committee.

Foreshew Strata Agency is a family owned and operated business, with its goal being to providing a professional service, based on customer service excellence, building relationships, integrity and transparency.

Our core focus is providing quick, open and transparent communication and ensuring we as a minimum meet our client’s expectations with the aim of exceeding our client’s expectations.

Our communication is close and personable and our team members are experienced professionals who share our commitment to ensure complete customer satisfaction and delivery of customer service excellence.

We manage clients in many parts of NSW, including as far north as Terrigal, as far south as Merimbula, as far west as Penrith and south west to Camden including all other areas of Metropolitan Sydney and Wollongong.
