Effective Communication

​

Responsiveness and customer service is the cornerstone at Foreshew Strata Agency. While we have the legislative knowledge and expertise in managing strata and community buildings, without effective communication we find that your building will not be managed to the standards that you would expect and deserve.

Response Time To Voicemail

In the event we do not answer your call in the first instance, we encourage you to leave a voicemail so your call can be returned promptly.

 

In the event that your matter is urgent, and the respective team member you wish to speak to is unavailable, we have other team members that are able to take your call to assist you.

 

All voicemail messages are returned within one hour of the message being left. All voicemail messages are also returned the same day without fail.

Response Time to E-mails

E-mails are generally responded to the same day with a maximum response time within 24-hours (business day allowance).

       

In the event that your matter is urgent, we do request that you phone our office so we can immediately attend to your query.

​

Work Orders

All Work orders are processed within 60-minutes of the request.

 

In the event that the work order or repair is urgent then this is arranged with immediate effect.

 

All work orders are issued in writing outlining the work required and site contact with a follow up with the contractor within three business days from the date of issue to ensure that a date and time has been arranged for the work to be carried out.

 

We can set-up arrangements whereby the main point of contact on the Strata Committee is contacted prior to any works proceeding and subsequent work order issued.
